Cuando esté dorado retirar de la sartén y reservar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En la sarten donde hemos rehogado el pollo sofreir la cebolla picada hasta que esté transparente. Añadir un chorito de aceite, un poco de sal y un poco de perejil picado.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rehogar la mecla en el microhondas durante 1 minuto.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Añadir el queso y meclar bien.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Colocar los champiñones bien secos en una fuente de horno, impregnada con aceite.    Vino blanco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ELABORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cortar en trocitos el choco. Picar la cebolla y el ajo. Rayar el tomate. En una cazuela rehogar la cebolla y el ajo con un poco de aceite, sin que la cebolla se dore añadir el tomate rallado, remover un poco. Añadir un chorrito de vino y a continuación añadir las patatas en trozos (los trozos cascados no cortados), remover todo muy bien y añadir el choco. Añadir sal al gusto y si se desea un poco de guindilla (sin las pipas de dentro para que no pique mucho). Cubrir con caldo de pescado e incorporar el azafrán o el colorante. Remover constantemente. Mezclarlo todo muy bien hasta conseguir una salsa homogenea.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cortar el pollo en trozos medianos como para una brocheta o en filetes medianos. Salpimentar el pollo y mezclar  con la salsa de yogur elaborada anteriormente y dejar reposar una hora en el frigorifico.
